Come forth the night,
The sun dies,
Darkness takes flight,
Let the moon rise,
She dances on water’s shimmering face,
There she stays,
There she waits.
And travels deep into unknown seas,
Stare into the eye of lost mysteries,
Do you seek treasure?
Emeralds or gold?
Or do you just watch nature’s beauty unfold?
Hello. We are very, very, very, very, very, very happy because our Kickstarter got funded! In fact, we got 6 more pounds, then we needed. Thank you to everyone who supported us.
Now we are researching all about the 35 Kings and Queens of England and their dumb ways to die. Soon we will put together our first brief for our artist on Fiverr.com and we will share the results with you as soon as we can. We cannot wait to see what he comes up with.
I love historical novels and really enjoyed reading the Roman Mysteries series. Over Easter I read a book called Lady Mary; it was written by a TV historian, Lucy Worsley. It is about the life of Mary I as a child before and after her parents’ divorce. It reaches to the point of Jane Seymour’s death. I like it because it takes a different point of view on “Bloody Mary”. It shows how she suffered after her parents’ divorce. She is brave and tries to be better than her nemesis, Anne Boleyn, by withstanding torture and betrayal but knowing that if she dies she will let down her mother. This will have a huge impact on her future, contributing to Anne Boleyn’s beheading…
Lady Mary is more historically accurate compared to the Roman Mysteries, so you learn more about history while reading and I like that. I recommend it and would definitely like to read other books written by Lucy Worsley.
We’ve launched a Kickstarter for our new game idea called “Succession”. We really enjoyed making Spooky Bat, and Annie wanted to make a game about Kings and Queens. She has been learning how to use GameMaker Studio 2. There are 35 Kings and Queens of England we need for the game so we launched a Kickstarter to pay the artist to make them all.
Annie wrote the game design and words for the video, and I made up the rewards and recorded the voice over. We made it over Easter with a tool called Animatron Studio.

Over the summer we made our own game for Android tablets, called “Spooky Bat”. It’s a bit like “Flappy Bird” or “Jetpack Joy Ride”, but spookier! It’s completely free and can be downloaded for your Android tablet or phone from the link below. We hope you like it.
